Global Strategic Account Manager
(欧美独资公司,涂料行业知名品牌,大中华区总部新设职位,可自建团队,丰厚薪资待遇,上班地点:上海市区)
Report to:VP Global Accounts – P&M
· Ultimately responsible for sales target.
· P&L responsibility and accountability for their accounts.
· Researches, develops and implements pricing for accounts.
· Responsible for managing availability of inventory for accounts.
· Ultimate decision-maker for account.
· Management of indirect reports (sales reps, tech reps, corrosion specialists, Business Development Managers) to support and service accounts.
· Indirect management of Sales Reps, Tech Reps, Business Development Managers to meet the needs from technology and service standpoint in all locations that the customer has operations.
· Effectively utilize resources, marketing and technical, to meet customer expectations and achieve long-term sales/market growth.
· Managing national and divisional accounts with multiple locations, and multiple technologies.
· Will drive technology advancement in this market by using technical resources to create new products to serve customers needs.
· Implement marketing programs for the assigned accounts and related business.
· Actively participate in pertinent trade associations.
· Develop strategies to increase market share nationally.
· The go-to person for these national or divisional customers.
· Negotiating contractual agreements with the assigned accounts.
· Identify opportunities and establish technology needs to ensure market growth.
· Focus on opportunities, which will result in sales for the P&M division.
· Effectively utilize resources to meet customers’ requirements.
· Develop & lead execution of account strategy
· Manage own budget.
· Manage resources that are not direct reports.
· Manage indirect reports
· Manage inventory.
· Manage customer pricing.
· National management of customer.
· Manage P&L for account.

- Growth of P&M sales and market share within the focused markets.
- Successful growth of new technologies due to “personal” relationship with customer.
- Successful growth of approved SHW specifications within respective accounts.
- Create a strong industrial image for the company.
- Manage and accountability for all aspects of national or divisional account.
- Provide strategy on maintaining and growing business with focused customer.
- Communicating market opportunities with P&M organization.
