Report to: SE Manager
Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:
Deal with all of the safety & environment issues in whole plant, including casualty and property accident, training, inspection and so on. Give the SE support for all new projects.

Key/Primary Responsibilities:
· Understands and implement safety and environment policies, procedures and standards, requirements, and national /local regulations.
· Provide safety training and education to all employees
· Perform the daily Safety and environment job and the temporary job
· Submit safety suggestions to SE manager regarding policies and regulation.
· Provide internal safety guidance and support to all employees.
· Identifies the company hazards and risks, carry out the improvement programs.
· Take preventive measures and quick reaction in case of accident
· SE project implementation, lead the safety and environment QI projects.
· Prepare different kinds of SE reports, such as SE quarterly report, project report, energy report and so on
· OHSAS18001& ISO14001 maintenance and improvement
· Other job supports.
Candidate Profile

Professional Experience
· More than 2 years of EHS related work experience in manufacturing company.

Personal Qualifications
l Knowledge: Safety administrator certificate.
l Skills: strong observation, communicating ability,
l Teamwork, commitment.

Education
· Bachelor's or above degree in Safety area, environment area.
Languages
? Chinese (Mandarin).
? Fluent English in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
