Job Output:

This position will be responsible for all Purchase Orders (PO) transactions, communication and coordination between Company corporate planning team in Lancaster, PA, USA and Company China Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) suppliers.

Key Process (Ownership/Participation):

· Purchase orders transaction between US Planning team and China OEM Suppliers.

· Keep good tracking for all Purchase Orders progress.

· Update Purchase Orders progress status with OEM suppliers and US Planning team.

· Make sure every change of Purchase Orders will be delivered to OEM suppliers and US Planning team timely and accurately.

· Become the liaison between the Planning team in US and the China OEM suppliers.

Organizational Relationships:

· Reports to Senior Sourcing Manager

Key Customers and Suppliers:

Internal

Company corporate planning team in Lancaster, PA, USA

External

Company China Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) suppliers

Measures of Effectiveness:

· Converse the Purchase Orders in one working day

· Accuracy of the Purchase Orders

· Timely confirm delivery date

· Maintain the share point database

· Coordinate payment and shipping document

Education & Work Experience:

· College degree and above with major of Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics is a plus.

· Over two years of experience in related field.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

· Good command of English, both verbal and written.

· Good communications skills and with excellent follow-up skills.

· Time Management

· Accountability

· Good command of MS Office Software
