People Development Manager – Asia Pacific Region (世界第一大奢侈品牌集团欧洲公司,为亚太区的业务的发展和组织架构优化,人才的发展和储备做战略规划)
Job description:
Report to: Human Resources Director APAC
· To develop and drive HR Development strategies in line with the business vision and mission through formulation of effective strategies, plans, policies & procedures
· Develop appropriate people development policies and standards to ensure effective, fair and equitable management of staff throughout the company
· Initiate, develop, implement and monitor all processes that are linked with development and performance management to drive personal ownership and commitment of own and/or subordinates' career and development management
· Provide advice and support to the functional heads and line managers to develop appropriate and realistic career / development plans which should reflect well balance between the personal aspirations and company views
· Plan, coordinate and prioritize the implementation of the approved development plans of all employees based on the available resources
· Identify and assess the internal talent pool by using Career Development Centre
· Work on key talent development and coordinate the succession plan for key positions
· Driver, through active participation and contribution, specific or HR projects to enhance the HR impact to improve the organization effectiveness and business performance
· Serve as internal HR counselor on management teams for people development, performance management and career management
· Acts as regional recruitment process owner to harmonize all stages of the recruitment process with Business HR, candidates, and recruiting channels' management; supporting the delivery of an excellent recruitment service according to company policies and legal requirement with cost efficiency, facilitating the enhancement in processes & procedures of company talent pool development
· Participates in the planning and management of change situations
Background:
· Bachelor degree or above
· Above 5 years work experience in the field. inclusive of managerial experience of at least 2 years
· Fluent English in written and oral
· Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Performance management
