General Summary
· This position is integral to driving and sustaining the business goals of the AP business through improved communication management.
· Developing and delivering effective communication processes that drive employee engagement and increase performance across the AP region
· Establishing communication-related standards of excellence, identifying communication-related gaps and barriers to performance
· Providing personal communication counsel, coaching and recommendations to members the AP NLT.
· Serving as a champion for building communications competency within the division, including the implementation and measurement of core communications systems.
· Supporting the global CSB/ Communications Leader, including with public relations activities in the region
· Ensure implementation of a common communication infrastructure at all AP locations
· Facilitate communication process improvement throughout the AP region, identifying gaps and barriers to information flow with the use of research and assessment tools
· Develop communication-related performance targets and quantifiably measure progress
· Hold AP leaders personally responsible and accountable for meeting communications objectives
· Coach all levels of AP leadership
· Translate the central business communication strategy into AP focused key messages, manage the dissemination, assess and tailor as necessary
· Ensure alignment between AP internal, external and marcom messages on subjects related to
· Build business literacy
· Install or repair the communication infrastructure
· Outline appropriate communication tools and establish expectations for their use
· Provide communication expertise, counsel and support for labor issues, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, policy changes, change management and crisis communication
· Consistent application of communication audits
Requirement:
· 3 ~ 5 years experience in Communication Area
· Communication / Writing Excellence
· Fluent in English
