Job description
Ensure daily operation in Call Center, maintain in compliance with the service objectives
Responsible for the budgeting and operating costs for Call Center
Responsible for following up costs and KPIs and use these as a base for steering the operation towards the agreed targets in the annual business plan
To be accountable for the timely and efficient response to and resolution of customer issues to secure a positive customer experience via phone call, fax, e-mail, internet, etc.
Secure standard solution as contribution to a good after-sales service in align with China overall strategy
Responsible for develop people and secure a high level performance and succession in Call Center in terms of satisfying team own needs, contributing to team, contributing to a climate of trust in the team
To assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as they occur
Background
- Knowledge
l Have a minimum of 5 years call center operation experience with high volume customer calls
l Have 3+ years management experience of team with a minimum headcount of 10 persons
-Skills
l Familiar with PC operation & statistic analysis
l Good knowledge in handing customer complaints or crisis
l Strong communication and coronation skills
l Effective & creative written & verbal communication skills in English
l Skill in co-worker coaching & training
