职位描述
Responsibilities:
l Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes within the Retail Fulfillment Operation: Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods (Packing Assembly), utilizing knowledge of product packing design, materials and parts, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
l Confers with NPI and packing design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
l Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
l Confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards.
l Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
l Perform material selection and conduct engineering analysis and test to meet product and manufacturing requirements
l Maintain, audit and update the work procedures, work instructions and system documentation for the overall manufacturing process
l Ensure the procedures and processes are in compliance with external statutory and regulation requirements and internal standards
l Provide training to the production team on the process design and workflow
l Involve in process improvement projects and implementation of preventive & corrective measures
l Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
l Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and all related equipment/tooling to provide information for management decisions.
l Ensure production meeting the target set and manage teams of skilled production workers.
l Conduct regular meeting, process improvement with production team.
l Lead the equipment team to design and implement both auto or semi-auto solutions for the manufacturing process optimization in dealing with product packing with related tooling design for the manufacturing
l Plan, direct, and support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing activities.
l Utilize proven Lean Manufacturing-based analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving abilities to identify opportunities for cost reduction, lead-time reduction, and quality improvement while improving employee safety.
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related.
· More than 8 years direct exp in Manufacturing Engineering or Supplier Quality Engineering (Mechanical) · With solid experience in packaging process (包装制程) is highly preferable
· Engineering Project Management experience
· Good at communication and Presentation Skill, including verbal English.
