职位描述
PURPOSE:
l To ensure the quality procedures of Shanghai plant are in line with system.
l Implement and maintain the Quality Management System.
l To ensure the incoming and outgoing quality is in line with the stipulated specification. Liaise with R&D staff to perform laboratory testing or lab-scale synthesis as required to solve processing issues.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
l Quality Management System
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the ISO9001 quality system in Cytec Surface Specialties Shanghai site and Rep. Office.
1. Organize/develop annual Site Objectives
2. Prepare and conduct internal quality audits in all departments.
3. Coordinate SGS yearly external audit
4. Coordinate and prepare the management review for site
5. Promotes the use of SPC (Statistical Process Control), SQC (Statistical Quality Control) and other statistical techniques.
6. Perform all management system document control.
7. Implement and analysis the customer satisfaction index
8. As the site Coordinator for MOC (Management of Changes) and CCIR (Customer Complaint Investigation Report) systems.
l Quality Control
Responsible for performing and coordinating timely, efficient testing of raw materials, in-process and finished products to determine conformance to requirements among 3 production units of PE, MM and EAU.
1. Responsible for quality of incoming raw materials, in-process and approval for quality of finished product
2. maintain database for certificates of analysis issue
3. ensure that testing methods of testing are standardized and complied
4. Participate in problem solving for customer complaints; coordinate to handle customer complaint.
5. train Engineer and analyst
6. Establish new test method for developed product and customer requirement.
7. Ensure SHE policies and procedures are in place for the lab.
8. Review the possibilities of the continuous improvement in the quality area.
9. Carry out other assignment assigned from time to time by his superior.
JOB PROFILE (Education & Experience):
Education
l Bachelor Degree in Chemistry
Experience
l Minimum 5-10 years working experience in manufacturing environment
Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality system.
