工作要求：
Job Output:
The person is responsible for the data collection, data analysis and reporting of market trends and business opportunities in China.

Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
· Identify reliable sources of Macroeconomics data and important national and local municipal issues of significance to the company. Select appropriate macroeconomics data that is relevant to the Construction Industry and update them on a regular basis.
· Create a process to measure Market Share in China
· Identify key leading indicators / predictors on business opportunities by region in China
· Carry out Ad-hoc Market Survey Project be it CVA Analysis, Customer Satisfaction Survey, etc in-house or through an outside consultant where appropriate
· Foster close working relationship with Research Firms, Property Management Consultant and Developers for up-to-date industry news through regular newsletter
· Work closely with Internal/External information sources to monitoring Industry/Competitors’ Information and activities and issue regular newsletter for Competitive Intelligence.
· Develops sensitive communication materials on complex issues for the Manager of Market Intelligence, P. R. China e.g. Presentations, corporate reports, back up materials, Q&A, speeches, and collateral materials.
· Work with the Manager of Market Intelligence, P.R.China to building a common data base of the China building construction segment, monitoring the macroeconomic trend, major government policy or regulations and main competitors
· Performs other related work.

· Up to date information on Market Share and vital industry statistics
· Measure business opportunity by Market Segment and Material type
· Quarterly report on business opportunity based on macroeconomics and industry leading indicators

· Product Manager

· Finance Controller
· Research Group in Europe and America

Value Added Activities:
· Provide information for Senior Management to build Strategic Plan
· Fact based decision making on new business development
· Timely action can be taken to counteract changes in market place
· Report new regulatory changes that might benefit or adversely affect our core business
· Identify leading indicators of business trends

Education & Work Experience:
§ Bachelor degree or above
§ 3 years of work experience in foreign multinational

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
§ fluent in Mandarin and English
§ possesses expert level mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
§ project management, including the ability to handle multi projects simultaneously, effective time management, work under pressure, a detail orientation and who is deadline focused are important competencies for this role
§ advanced level of skill in the consistent exercise of independent judgment, sensitivity to confidential information and discretion in having access to confidential company information

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
There may be some evening and weekend work requirements.
