PRIME FUNCTION OF ROLE 职位概况
This is the replacement role of purchasing CAPAX and SOC&S based in Songjiang plant.
The general function of this role is to support the business in the delivery of service and initiatives ensuring cost optimized and ontime delivery on CAPAX and SOC&S.
To participate in project teams (PMO) delivering purchasing strategy and commercial savings.
To work with plant to support and play commercial role in the daily SOC&S inquiry.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责
1. Work together with PMO and plant engineers to fulfil project plan.
2. Support our plant expansion plan, work together with other buyers and engineer function to ensure our purchasing activities can meet project target.
3. Manage suppliers to assure we can obtain good service, high quality and competitive price during whole purchasing process.
4. Ensure all agreed purchasing objectives are delivered on time in target through close co-operation and teamwork within the company.
5. Minimize business risk through strict supplier management system and well compliance of all company management processes.
6. Ensure the compliance of SAP system, ISO, PS and HSE from purchasing portion.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 技能，知识及经验
1. University graduate in BC degree or above is required. Engineering or commercial is preferred.
2. Continuous min 3 years working experiences in the field of purchasing in multi-national company,
3. Good communication skill.
4. Highly responsibilities, honestly, teamwork spirit.
5. Good at spoken and written English are essential for the job holder.
SPECIAL FEATURES 特殊需要
1. To be in sincerity, reliability and loyalty to the company as well as fairness opposite the business partners, incorruptibility, with viability of value conception of the culture
2. Problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions without direct supervision
