职位描述
Major Responsibilities :
1.Introduce, promote and sell Stanley Hydraulic Products in the assigned geographical territories by regularly visiting the end users and distributors to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.
2.Follow-up on projects within assigned geographical territories by co-ordinating and monitoring closely with project process chain, to ensure Stanley Hydraulic Products are obtained and to achieve sales budget.
3.Closely work with distributors and lead distributors to implement Stanley Hydraulic Strategy, develop new distributors upon the company request, and be responsible to train the distributors’ employee.
4.Ensure timely delivery and good customer service by closely work with OCF, Product Support, After Sales Service and other departments, with the purpose to achieve company goals, personal sales budget and increase market share.
5.Ensure customer payment is received by monitoring collection within agreed terms to achieve budgeted days outstanding.
Qualifications :
1.Good experiences on project type sales
2.Have at least 2 year sales experiences in Municipal, Construction and Railway fields. Work experience in the International companies preferred
3.Must prove strong interpersonal skills to manage, coach, motivate and supervise distributors
4.Hard working attitude and be willing for travel
5.Integrity, reliable, open and communicative
