Head of Accounting (新进入中国市场的一家德国公司，世界上最大的电子专业超市，公司实力雄厚，丰厚待遇)
A Job purpose:
?Managing (planning, steering and control) all relevant accounting issues in the headquarter and in the stores;
?Leading a team of 6 -15 employees;
?Cooperation with Controlling department especially for matters regarding bonus calculation and periodic closings;
?Regular contact with German Headquarters regarding tax, legal and group accounting related issues;
?Drawing up and maintaining of contacts with banks, auditors and other official authorities.
B Major responsibilities:
?Correctness of statutory reporting and tax filings;
?Providing IFRS Reporting towards German Headquarters in time and quality;
?Leading of accounting team.
A Professional experience:
?Minimum 5-10 years professional experience in a multinational company in the area international accounting;
?Retail experience;
?Leadership of team of min. 10 employees;
?Profound knowledge of local tax and local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
?Experience in IFRS principles;
?Adequate SAP R\3 knowledge are advantageous;
?Experience in project and process management.
B Educational background:
?Degree in Economics;
?Business English and the respective country language fluent in written and oral form;
?Knowledge of German is an advantage;
C Job-related skills and attributes:
?Pro-active and self-motivated, willing to take responsibility;
?Analytical and interdisciplinary thinking;
?Versatile, flexible and willing to work in a team;
?Enjoy working in an international atmosphere.
