POSITION OVERVIEW
Purpose:
- Plans, develops and maintains all necessary accounting functions
- Responsible for Reporting production & analysis
- Responsible for Internal control & internal auditor
- Responsible for Legal affairs.

工作职责Accountabilities / Responsibilities
1.直接负责所有的财务报告,包括损益,资产负债表,现金流量表,并报告管理层和外部当局.
- Direct the preparation of all financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and reports to management and external authorities.
2.负责编制年度预算,审核战略计划,预测和回顾商业日常程序
- Responsible of preparing annual budget, strategic review, RP, forecast and routine business reviews.
3.确保财务数据,专有信息和知识产权的机密性和可靠性
- Ensure confidentiality and reliability of financial data, proprietary information and intellectual property
4.监督管理会计,预算编制,审核,财务部和税务职能.
- To oversee accounting management, budget preparation, audit, treasury, and tax functions.
5.监督控制会计体系,确保销售,生产和管理人员可以及时使用财政和统计报告
- To oversee accounting system controls and standards, ensure timely financial and statistical reports for sales, manufacturing and management use.
6.检查报告,分析实际销售额和财政预算,并提出修改业务表现和现金流量的方案
- Review reports to analyse actual figures of sales and profit against budget and suggests methods of improving business performance and cash flow.
7.建立和落实信贷管理机制以有效的管理运作资金.
- Establish and implement credit controls to efficiently manage working capitals.
8.监督,记录和报告日常运作,建立有效的内部控制程序和政策,在公司内部建立审计制度
- To oversee, record and report on daily operation, establish effective internal controls procedure & policies, establish internal audit system within the company.
9.联系和报告所有政府的财政调整和行政管理负责人来保证公司遵守规定.
- To liaison and report with all Government Regulatory Fiscal and Administrative Authorities to ensure the company compliance.
10.积极参与企业战略发展与投资计划.
- To be active involve in business strategic development & investment plan.
11.在必要的情况下求助法律顾问的帮助
- Legal advisor with help of lawyers if necessary.

COMPETENCY PROFILE
学习背景
学士学位以上,(主要在财务及会计,是个有专业资格的会计师) Education Background
- Bachelor degree above, major in Finance & Accounting, Qualified Professional Accountant.

工作经验
在跨国公司有8年的工作经验,有4年做经理的经验
Years of working experience
- Above 8 years F&A Management experience in MNC with at least 4 years as a manager level.
