Description
This is a key customer development role; developing customer leads, and turning those leads into consistent and stable revenue. The role will be accountable for the specialty application of foam including automotive and wind energy.
Responsibilities
1. Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities.
Metrics
? Implement a personal safety action plan and review with leader
? Metric 2
2. Deliver Sales targets
Metrics
? Top line revenue
? Contribution margin as a % of sales
? Execution of pricing strategy
3. Channel Management and Expansion
Metrics
? Develop channels, both direct and through distribution to maximize value capture
? % of China covered with channels
? Leads generated
4. Product Specification and Promotion
Metrics
? Training to customers and channel partners
? Conversion of competitive products
5. Responsibility 5

Job Requirements
Experience:
? 5 years or above work experience, preferably wind energy, appliance or automotive industry
? Rich knowledge of foamed polymer products and applications
? Skills in mechanical design and application
? Proficient in problem-solving, negotiation and building/ maintaining solid relationship
? List Required Experience (education, prior work experience, certifications, etc.)
Knowledge and Abilities:
? College diploma or above, with a major in mechanical engineering
? Should be energetic, results-oriented, self-motivated and capable to work independently.
? A team player with good interpersonal skills
? Good command of English in reading & writing, preferable in listening & speaking
? Good computer skills
