Purpose: / Main Objective:

Safety is the most important, the quality is first, produces enough products and reduces the cost to satisfy requirement of customer.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Responsible for manage the daily work of production department and implement production plan. Monitor the daily production statement, quality and finished product rate and operation rate of product and operation instance.

Arrange the staff to training. According to production plan, assign the staff to work.

Compile the standard of production department, impel the staff operate standardization, institutionalized and procedural

Through the observation and commotion, optimize the production methodological and reduce the cost,

Responsible for write the daily report and weekly report of production department. According to require of year plan to compile the work plan, and implement it.

Commutation with maintenance, quality/technics and storage & transportation department. Arrange the production plan, complete equipment, improve the technics

Basis on the framework document of production management, and establish the production management and operation of the document

Complete every mission

COMPETENCY PROFILE

University certification or higher，prefer engineering and management speciality 3~5 years work experiences

Have enough knowledge and work experiences of production management

Know and can use the machine of production

Have stronger communication skills, organise skills and leadership skills.

Can learn new knowledge.

Good at Writing, listening and speaking in Chinese and English

Clear expression and good communication skills

Persistent in innovation with a passion

Team-spirit

Good safety consciousness
