Reporting Line
? Area Manager
Responsibility:
Store Manager is responsible for overseeing and supervising the daily work of subordinate staff, to ensure sales plan is achieved, and that customers have a pleasant shopping experience, as well as planning and controlling efficient store operations.
? Achieve and over achieve annual/monthly sales targets and stretch targets both for store and individual.
? Monitor and achieve daily sales vs. budget.
? Oversee, interpret and react to key metrics actual vs. plan - UPT, conversion rate, ATV, foot traffic etc.
? Set Store objectives, and motivate staff.
? Manage controllable expenses vs. budget.
? Prepare Weekly Report to Area Manager.
? Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and an ability to use it as a selling tool.
? Ensure store inventory is most efficient to achieve profit, stock turn knowledge of Yen and unit quantity stock on hand by product category.
? Execute and monitor stockloss/shrinkage of products.
? Set and check delivery schedule.
? Gain competitor intelligence and utilize it for planning new strategy.
? Execute promotion, event, product and visual monthly calendar.
? Recruit, hire, train, retain, evaluate and counsel staff.
? Manage staff turnover by providing a positive working environment and handle staff issues appropriately.
? Conduct training for staff at all level, including new hire and Assistant Store Manager to select.
? Manage activities surrounding LCJ policy and procedures.
? Ensure brand guardianship and represent the excellence of the
? Handle administration work including payroll, accounting, time scheduling etc.
? Coordinate communication between the store and the office.
? Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by Area Manager.
Requirements :
? Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience.
? More than 1 year of management experience or any experience equivalent to it.
? Strong leadership skills.
? Excellent interpersonal, motivational, communication and organizational skills.
? Ability to effectively coach/develop others to next level.
