JOB IDENTIFICATION
Job Title:OEM Automotive Engineering Manager
Principal Accountabilities
Participate in all OEMs joint test within China.
Coordinate internal pretest inclusive of tread wear.
Communicate and represent position to OE customers.
Work closely with Product Performance team to understand overall service conditions and feedback on product performance of GY tires.
Competitive analysis of competitors tire performance.
Frequent visit to each OE account to help maintain excellent working relationships.
