Supplier Quality Manager (世界500强美国高科技机械行业，直接向亚太区汇报，团队管理，市中心上班）
Supplier Development
The Cooper Strategic Sourcing group (CSS), a global, progressive, and important function within Cooper Industries, is currently seeking strong, results-oriented candidates for the following positions within the Asia region:
Reporting to the Supplier Development Leader, the candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
· Lead the supplier development activities at identified suppliers within the Asia pacific region as required and drive the improvement process.
· Coordinate and lead the training in tools of lean at the supplier’s facilities and ensure the appropriate skills are used to improve performance.
· Lead the initial assessment process of new suppliers and establish their potential to perform to Cooper industries requirements
· Establish improvement plans with suppliers and ensure all plans are completed in full and timely manner.
· Maintain and report key performance indicators to support business objectives.
· Communicate effectively between all stakeholders to ensure timely launches of new suppliers
Additional Requirements:
· Highly motivated and able to manage supplier teams effectively to drive improvement.
· You must be detail oriented with an ability to transform supplier’s organization and lead change through innovative ideas.
· Ability to work across all Cooper divisions and .communicate effectively at all business levels
· Have a pro-active approach to the identification of new potential suppliers and communicate effectively
· Demonstrate a high level of analytical analysis techniques and use of data to focus improvement activities optimizing resource and achieving a high level of achievement
· Travel (50%) is required.
· Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is essential
Education & Experience
· BS Engineering required, Masters (MS/MBA) preferred
· Experience in managing programs required. Working knowledge of tools of continuous improvement (lean, six sigma)
· 3+ years experience in quality, operations, or sourcing. 3+ years experience in Supplier Development roles (preferable in Automotive Quality System) within a multinational corporation desired.
· This is a high visibility and high impact position. As such, should demonstrate a high comfort level in working across hierarchies in a global organization.
