Purpose: / Main Objective:

Build a machine and electronic maintenance system, ensure each equipment operation smoothly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

？ Build equipments maintenance operation system of effective; implement the project of equipments maintenance.

？ Responsible for implement equipment maintenance of plan and remove on obstacle, ensure all the equipments operation smoothly.

？ Organization draft equipments purchase plan and safety stock, supervise the stock management, ensure maintenance go on wheel.

？ Provide advice for improve the system, organize and implement project of improve technique; continue to raise the reliability of equipments and techniques control system.

？ Responsible for safety production education in each department, supervise the each department person carry out safety system and environment-friendly strict.

？ Responsible for career development and performance appraise of underling, training requirement, validate the result training, ensure each employees accord with job requirement.

？ Implement control for goods consume, labour (overtime), then achieve the cost control.

？ Draft the working plan and budget for maintenance, according to this plan and budget to supervise and adjust monthly.

Qualifications Required

？ Machine, electric university above

？ Maintenance above 8 years, and 3 years base on 8 years for maintenance management in joint venture company

？ Have good maintained skills, can provide technique support to underling.

？ Have organization and harmony skills

？ Have communication, coordinate, organization skills

？ Chinese, English listening, speaking, reading, writing skills

？ Clear expression and good communication skills

？ Persistent in innovation with a passion

？ Team-spirit
