Job title: Architect / Engineer

Department: Construction Department

Major responsibilities:

Negotiating technical specifications and designs with investors / partners

Coordinating the design process

Negotiating with public authorities in close collaboration with our internal building design department and / or external design partners

Coordinating the tendering process

Planning and monitoring time schedules and project costs

Requirements profile：

Professional experience:

Practical experience in a Western European country

Experienced in the industrial real estate business

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the location development of real estate

Experienced in project and process management

Educational background:

University degrees in the field of architecture and / or engineering in a Western European country

Job-related skills and attributes:

Negotiation skills and target-oriented way of acting / working

Pro-active and self-motivated, willing to take responsibility

Analytical and interdisciplinary thinking

Versatile, flexible, willing to work in a team and willing to travel

Fluent in spoken and written English and the respective national language

Knowledge of German is an advantage

Enjoy working in an international environment
