新建工厂项目急需招纳职位：
1. Project Professional – Electrical 电气
2. Project Professional – Instrumentation 仪器仪表
3. Project Professional – Mechanical 机械
4. Project Professional – Process 工艺工程控制
5. Project Professional – DCS 系统

具体JD如下：
GENERAL
l Deliver best in class engineering solution/inputs to build up higher quality, higher reliability system about new plant and expansion plant in Asia to help company to stand ahead of the other competitor.
l Offer technical solution as expertise to support construction execution and operation team in the

timely and efficient manner

QUALIFICATIONS/CAPABILITIES
l At least University/College graduation in E/I/Mechanical/Process/Control or other related engineering field, prefer to have Master degree, PHD education level.
l At least minimum 8 years experience on the electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, process, and DCS in the foreign company to experience new plant, or retrofit the existing plant on the system programming, Design, execution. Prefer to have oversee working experience that will add point on this position.
l Excellent knowledge of local standards and codes and local project experience on construction aspects to utilize the local practice in economic and technical aspects.
l World class communications skills, with a great ability to interact with different stakeholder and build rapport. both oral, written English and Mandarin , are essential to perform this job
l Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills as well as strong technical leadership with strong influencing skill and able to lead/manage technical task with different stakeholder.
l Demonstrated ability to work independently and with dynamic teams, and higher potentially to build up the requisite skills and knowledge to meet or exceed the expectations of their positions.
l Management and implementation of improvement project from conception to implementation
l Strong time management and multitasking skills. Ability to handle changes in business requirements and set priorities across multiple projects.
l Demonstrated examples of analysis, design, and development of a proposed solution.
l Experience with the full project development life cycle; requirements definition, scoping, Assessment, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Operational Handoff.

RESPONSIBILITIES
l Responsible to lead/involve engineering design about creating/editing/revising system, equipment/material/components specification, scope of work, and prepare PHA for new plant, expansion plant during FEL1, 2, 3, Production design periods.
l Responsible to provide valuable/professional contribution into system design.
l Responsible to provide technical support during construction execution phase.
l Responsible to involve the vender selection process.
l Responsible to manage project schedule, quality, cost in the field if needed
l Review high-level deliverables across projects.
l Minimize risk, Manage Scope and mitigate risk across projects.
l Serve as Primary Point of Contact for customers, and drives relationship to manage

customer’s expectations, concerns and satisfaction with regard to business deliverables.
l Identify additional services opportunities within customer environments and position INVISTA to

pursue and win these opportunities
