Manufacturing Engineer – Assembly

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This is a Manufacturing Engineer position concentrated on technical support and process management for CST manufacturing, assembling and workshop management etc.

DUTIES OF POSITION:
1. Technical support for mechanical assembling & manufacturing process, assembly quality control, production problem analysis and solving, work hour control, documentations and report preparing;
2. Coordinate production plan/schedule with other departments and arrange production flow;
3. Work area management (5S and lean production);
4. Technical training conducting for workers;
5. Safety, health & environment management in CST workshop

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BS degree in Mechanical Engineering;
2. Familiar with mechanical assembly, manufacturing process, equipment maintenance, and fixture design;
3. Knowledge on QC system, gear reducer and SAP is a plus.
4. 3+ years of QA/C experience in manufacturing or production;
5. Work for a multinational company in industrial environment;
6. Good skill of AutoCAD & MS Office;
7. Good command of English both in spoken and written, CET-4 is required.
