Job Title: 品牌经理 Brand Manager
Department: 市场营销部Sales & Marketing
Reports to: 市场营销总监Director of Sales & Marketing
Objective / Purpose:
品牌经理主要负责推广Unifi的功能性和差别化纱线给 国内的品牌商和零售商。通过规划纱线到面料到成衣品牌及零售商这系列供应链,最终实现 Unifi 产品的销售。品牌经理同样负有开发Unifi品牌和质量标准及一流的服务给国内的品牌商和零售商。品牌经理是市场与销售团队的一个重要成员,他(她)应该和公司的每一个成员紧密合作并协助公司完成营业任务目标。
Brand Manager is primarily responsible to sell Unifi’s functional and differentiated yarn story and marketing concepts to China domestic brands and retailers. Through the entire supply chain of yarns to fabrics to garments to brands/retailers, the Brand Manager manages the project with all parties and eventually realizes sales of Unifi products. It is very important for this position to build Unifi brand names, quality standards, and excellent services to local brands and retailers. Brand Manager will be a key member of the sales & marketing team and works closely with other members within the company to achieve company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities & Functions:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted market segments and/or targeted brands/retailers.
? 与国内的品牌商和零售商建立良好的合作关系并积极宣传推广Unifi的功能性和差别化纱线概念给目标客户。
Establish a good relationship with China brands/retailers to sell Unifi’s functional and differentiated yarn story and marketing concepts.
? 了解品牌/零售商对纱线的需求功能,然后提出Unifi的解决方案。
Understand brands/retailers needs and translate that back to Unifi’s yarn solutions.
? 和品牌/零售商及布料厂共同开发品牌/零售商所需要的功能性面料。
Develop fabrics with brands/retails and fabric mills to meet brands/retails needs.
? 把握关键业务机会并能迅速给予处理。
Manage key business opportunities and get to enclosure quickly.
? 极力地提升市场份额和收益。
Profitably grow the market segment volumes and revenues.
? 作为公司的重要成员要参与制定公司的战略和预算计划。
Set company strategy and budget as a key member of the team.
? 实施和执行公司的战略策略。
Implement and execute company’s strategies and deliver the bottom-line.
? 月末制定下月预测并在下月底根据上月预测提供月分析。
Manage monthly forecast and deliver the results.


? 了解市场的敏感信息包括价格走势、 时尚的趋势和其它竞争对手等的信息情报,并与其他团队成员共享。
Be sensitive to market intelligence such as price trend, fashion trend, and other competitor information and share with other team members.
? 参与筹备国内展会的各项准备工作。
A key part of the team for the domestic exhibition.
Position Specifications:
? 学士学位是必须具备的,如果有更高的学位可优先考虑。
Minimum Bachelor degree, muster degree is a plus.
? 在纺织行业有5-10年的销售和采购经验,具有一定的面料开发经验。
5-10 years sales or sourcing experience in textiles industry. Strong experience of fabric development is a must.
? 具有品牌销售和市场开发的背景。
Brand sales and market development background is essential.
? 在合成纤维如涤纶丝和短纤方面有经验将优先考虑。
Experience in synthetic fiber such as polyester filament and staple is a plus.
? 具有良好的沟通能力和表述能力。
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
? 具有良好的计算机运用能力。
Very good computer skills.
? 经常出差是工作的必须。
Extensive travel is required.
? 具有主观能动性和团队的合作精神。
Self starter and Team player
? 良好的英语听说书写能力是辅助。
Good English is a plus.
