Key Repsosibilties
l Expense booking in system for on brand
l Processes daily sales reconciliation for two brands
l Proceeds the adjustment for sales reconciliation
l Provide credit card expense provision to GL accountant for booking provision
l Prepares the bank reconciliations for SH head office and branches
l Contact with tax agents for Head office and branches tax return
l Proceeds import duty and VAT payment through online payment system
l Online reporting submission for statistic report for one brand
l Local statutory reporting preparation for one brand
l Group reports submission for one brand
l Processes accounting documents ( invoices, reports, vouchers) filing
Requirements
l 4-5 years working experience as an accountant, prefer retail business
l Good skills in using Microsoft office (especially excel
l Experience in using accounting system, AX, JDE will be a plus
l Detail-oriented, can work under pressures
