Responsibilities岗位职责:
1. Conducted annual high speed door sales objective and business plan;
制定年度快门销售目标和商业计划;
2. Forecast high speed door sales orders and shipment termly to provide information for plant and operations department;
定期进行快门的销售预测(订单和发运);为生产及运营部门提供信息;
3. Analyzed high speed door sales performance monthly, provide monthly sales report;
每月整理分析快门销售业绩,提供月度销售报表;
4. Be familiar with state high speed door customers and project information, provide professional support in product application, technique and pricing;
掌握全国快门销售的客户和项目信息;提供销售人员产品,技术和价格指导;
5. Termly training to sales based on the updated information of marketing and products;
针对市场变化和快门产品变化,定期对销售人员进行产品培训;
6. Analyzed high speed door markets, help sales person to identify key industries and accounts, research in corresponding industries application, conduct development strategy;
快门产品市场分析,帮助销售确定重点行业和重点客户,并研究相应行业应用,制定开发计划.
7. Collaborate with marketing department to promote high speed doors and successful case study;
配合市场部的快门产品市场推广计划,协助市场部进行成功案例分析;
8. Find out industry trends and collect key competitor’s information about business and products, organize relative training.
积极了解行业动态和搜集主要竞争对手商业及产品信息,并组织针对性培训.
Qualification岗位要求:
1. Bachelor Degree or above;
本科及以上学历;
2. More than five years sales working experience in related industrial is preferred;
五年以上销售工作经验,有同行业经验者优先;
3. Good communication skills, sense of responsibility, executive force, team spirit, time & pressure management skills;
良好的沟通能力,责任感,执行力,团队精神,时间及压力管理能力
4. Good oral and written English skill;
良好的英语口语及书写能力;
5. Good command of MS Office software.;
良好的办公软件运用。
