职位描述
Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement HR process and strategies on full spectrum HR services including human resources planning, recruitment, learning, C&B, performance management, organization development and employee relationship.
Control for all HR functions across Asia
Work as a strategic partner with Managing Director to drive the company through ongoing growth and development;
Lead the continued development of the HR framework, provide proactive, high-level advisory and coaching to the HR team of subsidiaries in Asia range.
Supervise training courses and activities to support company short-term and long-term business objectives and strategies
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work related problems;
Qualification:
Bachelor degree above, major in human resource preferred
10+ years related working experience with 2+ years HRD experience in MNC.
Excellent Oral and Written English
Strong personal and communication skills
