China Sales Manager(欧美独资500强通讯行业职位,负责全国零售渠道,良好的发展前景)

Responsibilities & Tasks
Individual will be responsible for sales of company's retail products
Will develop new accounts and channels and manage existing.
In addition, the individual will be responsible for providing forecast and information on market conditions and competitive situations as appropriate/required.
Will develop and implement sales strategies to develop market, channels and accounts. Will also develop and implement promotions, merchandising programs and other activities needed to increase sales and market share.
Will also attend trade shows, provide feedback, analysis and perform other duties as appropriate.
Qualification & Requirements
This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent with 8-10 years experience in IT or cell phone vendor in retail channel management and expansion, know how to drive the distribution model to enhance our business, and good relationship with Mobile IT/cell phone National distributors, second level distributors and resellers.
The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.
A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
