Project Manager (世界500强化工建材行业公司，行业垄断地位，要求能够适应长期出差,良好的海外培训机会和晋升前景)
汇报对象：China Engineering Manager
工作地点：上海

Mission (Job Purpose)
Complete the design, installation, commissioning of any projects according to job holder’s particular discipline ( civil works, mechanical, electrical)
Take responsibility for single discipline projects
Consult with engineering team for all projects
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database on equipment, suppliers and contractors of all plaster and plasterboard related activities

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities
Assess feasibility of projects from an initial concept and basics specifications
Overall project management and liaison between engineering and local team.
Design and engineering consult ancy including overall technical advisor and resolution.
Complete cost estimates with feasible options
Prepare tender documents for suppliers bidding process
Analyse the various bidding and participate to the negotiation
Place order with successful bidders, establish design review and progress meeting to ensure project deadlines are achieved
Supervise of installation and commissioning of projects, ensuring a good co-ordination between suppliers or subcontractors teams and operation team.
Organise relevant training for the operation team in order to ensure a smooth transfer of the new project to operation team
Organise a transmission of the as built drawing and required documentation for future operation and maintenance of the equipment after installation
Assist in development of standards for design, installation, site work and documentation
Keep regular contacts with plants technical staff
Contribute to the technical competency increase, enriching the know how through the engineering projects management and participate to the image quality of the company

Working Relationships

Internal Relationship
Plant team : Analysis the needs and support to solve their needs.
Project team of other country : Share information of skills and bench-marking item when necessary
Finance team : Progress of payment and forecast

External Relationship
Irregularly contact government officer to meet Building work regulation, fire-fighting regulation and safety regulation.
Frequently, contact contractors to discuss engineering works.

Qualifications/Experiences
Degree qualified in mechanical, process or electrical engineering.
Minimum 5 years experience in industry.
Minimum 2 years in project development environment.
Experience of design standards, design packages and management of contracts
Good organisational skills
Capability to work abroad as part of engineering team
Common softwares ( Excel, word, Autocad..;) skills
Fluent in English ( written, spoken)
