职位描述
Location: Shanghai, China
Report to: Share Service HR Manager
Purpose of the job:
1. Provide C&B shared service to all COMPANY units / functions throughout China and Asia Pacific area
2. Support the implementation of global C&B programs
Key tasks:
1. Assist to prepare and formulate C&B policy and guidance to direct local C&B practice
2. Support to implement global C&B projects and programs
3. Implement job evaluation and maintain COMPANY grading system effectively
4. Be responsible for annual salary survey and interpret market reports to business HR and line managers
5. Support annual salary review process for merit increase
6. Take charge of annual C&B budgeting and monitor, analyze and report the total employment cost
7. Regularly maintain HR reporting system including payroll reconciliation, employment cost reporting, benefit cost reporting, C&B related reporting in SAP etc.
8. Collect and interpret updated local regulations and governmental policies to ensure legal compliance
9. Administrate annually review and propose cost-efficient commercial insurance programs for COMPANY China units to be in line with market practice
10. Monitor and manage HR vendors and maintain smooth relations to ensure good service delivered to COMPANY
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and preferred in BA, HR or economics and finance
2. At least 4 years working experience in HR function in MNC, and 3 years solid C&B experience. Manufacturing background is a plus
3. Familiar with labor laws and various local regulations
4. Fluent English skills of both verbal and written
5. Proficient computer skills in data processing, reporting and presentation preparation
6. Good interpersonal skills and presenting and influencing skills
