Organisational information：

Department: Construction Department

Reports to: Director Construction

Location: HQ Shanghai

Major responsibilities:

Collect all documents from Construction related permits

Follow up approval process for Construction permits

Relationship to the relevant authorities

Interface to Legal and Finance

Requirements profile:

Professional experience:

Expert in the respective national real estate and construction business

Experienced in the retail real estate business and law

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the location development of real estate and construction

Experienced in project and process management

Educational background:

University degree in the field of law, real estate business, engineering or business management

Job-related skills and attributes:

Negotiation skills and target–oriented way of acting / working

Pro-active and self– motivated, willing to take responsibility

Analytical and interdisciplinary thinking

Versatile and flexible and willing to work in a team as well as willing to travel

Fluent in spoken and written English and or German as well as the respective national language

Knowledge of German is an advantage

Enjoy working in an international environment
