岗位概述
Overall Objective

? 负责区域内流向收集及处理流向文件的工作,协助当地商务主管和经历完成相关工作。
? He/She is responsible for data collection and management, assist local commercial manager and supervisor to deal with relevant daily work.

主要职责
Key Responsibilities

? 负责协助当地商务经理收集流向,合同递送,处理流向文件管理;
? 协助客户合同的管理和整理归档;
? 协助建立及维护二级,连锁关系;
? 负责大区区域内的二级,连锁的流向收集
? 核对流向准确性的工作
? 协助商业公司文件递送工作
? 严格执行保密制度,做好各项保密工作;
? 完成其它上级交派的任务。
? Assist local commercial manager / supervisor to collect sales flow, deliver contract, and manage relevant document.
? Assist to manage the contract and documentation.
? Assist to establish and maintain the relationship with T2 and Chain Store Company.
? Collect the sales flow of T2 & Chain Store Company.
? Audit the accuracy of sales flow
? Assist to deliver documentation to relevant government department
? Follow the secrecy policy.
? Finish relevant task from superior.

教育和职业资格要求
Education & Professional Qualification


? 大学专科或以上学历
? 药学专业优先考虑
? College or above
? Major in Medicine preferred




工作经验要求 (职能相关的)
Working Experience Requirement (functional)


? 1-2年以上的助理经验
? 商务、外企工作背景尤佳
? 2 years of experiences of assistant background.
? Proven background with MNC preferred;


技能要求 (计算机水平、语言熟练程度、专业知识等)
Job Skills (include all technical skills required & level of proficiency)


? 具有英语基本阅读能力
? 具有良好的电脑操作技能,熟练使用Word, Excel, PPT
? Good command of spoken and written English
? Good level knowledge of Windows desktop computer applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
