？ Objective / 工作目标
进行所分配物料的供应商开发评审搜寻工作，所负责采购产品市场调研，报价的分析与技术商务洽谈，采购节约的实现，供应商的管理与调整。
？ Develop, audit and sourcing allocated material suppliers. Be responsible for related material market research. Analysis suppliers' quotation, technical discussion, and negotiation all commercial terms. Achieve purchasing saving target; Related suppliers management and adjustment.
？ Duties and Responsibilities / 义务与责任
？ 供应商搜寻考评开发并管理
？ Supplier sourcing, audit, development and management
？ 研究分配物料的状况，进行新供应商的搜寻及新旧供应商能力开发，扩大国产化品种
？ According to allocated material situation, sourcing new suppliers and develop the capacities of new and old suppliers. Manage to enlarge the scope of material localization
？ 组织团队，适时对潜在和现有供应商进行评审
？ Organize team to audit potential and current supplier in proper time
？ 对供应商的报价进行商务及技术分析，洽谈并形成试制协议
？ Analysis the supplier's quotation base on technical and commercial details. Negotiate and reach agreement with supplier for trial order.
？ 跟踪试制协议，配合督促相关部门工作，直至开发流程完毕并交接
？ Follow the trial order, assist and push other departments to complete the material develop process and then transfer smoothly.
？ 协调采购内部资源及公司其它部门对供应商进行管理。
？ Coordinate purchasing department inner resource and other departments to manage suppliers.

？ 对分配的物料以及其原材料或公司指定的其他物料进行市场调研，为公司决策提供数据
？ Continuely making investigation and reserch to the market of allocated materials and related raw materials or other materials appointed by company.Offer steaditily data for company management.

？ 负责组织公司内部资源对所分配物料的进行适时的价格分析，同供应商洽谈并形成阶段性的价格协议

？ 努力利用各种方式，达到采购节约目标
？ Take advantage of different measures and skills to achive purchasing saving target.

？ 大学本科 机械设计及制造专业
？ bachelor in mechanic design and manufacture
？ Minimum Experience Requirements/最低经验要求
？ 机械行业相关工作经验三年以上，熟悉机加工、锻造、铸造/ 液压、气缸/ 结构件/ 电气等
？ Essential Skills/必备技能：
？ 计算机操作熟练，英语水平良好，熟悉各种机械原理
？ familiar with computer operation and mechanic principle,good command of English.
