Sales Representative –表面活性剂
（世界500强美国独资公司，化工上游产品垄断企业，占添加剂行业大部分市场份额。提供出国英语培训机会以及丰富薪酬）
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
l Minimum 3-5 years commercial experience in chemical industries and/or experience in technical service is a plus
l Bachelor degree in chemical engineering or chemistry. Major in polymer science or fine chemical is preferred
l Fluent in English
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Responsible sales person in North & East China Identify and develop new business for increasing the market share.
l Manage key accounts and developing customer profolio
l Promote Company products and implement promotion program based on Company’s business strategy
l Collect payment to ensure the cash flow and avoid bad debt.
BUSINESS/TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
l Related industries such as Emulsion polymerization, coating/textile/PSA latex formulation
l Work experience with foreign chemical company will be preferred
l Good communication skill in Mandrain and English
l Equip strategic capabilities is an advantage
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS:
l Consider Company values and leadership competencies.
l Good business sense and capable of work individual
l Resist to stress
l Proactive and action oriented
l Ethical
EDUCATION "REQUIRED"
