Greater China Order Fulfillment Manager (世界五百强美国集团性公司，闵行上班，莘庄地铁站有班车，下面带人)
JOB PROFILE
This position is responsible for
· Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the CSR team for Transaction Business (MRO & OEM); also need to work with team to take care some accounts and projects.
· Make sure the assigned jobs to the team are done in time with good quality.
· Structure, prioritize and balance work load among the team
· Train and Coach the subordinates
· Cross function coordination and Communicate with internal team to support.
· Coordinate with Customer Complaint team to handle customer complaints
· Coordinate with Engineering team to deliver the timely support to customer
· Coordinate to timely update to customer on order fulfillment status.
· Always look into process improvement opportunity
· Act as the coordinator of the CSR team / Engineer team for the transaction business
Principal Accountabilities:
· Customer satisfaction (on time delivery / customer value added).
· Continuous process improvement
· Quotation hit rate
· Open to build personal relationships within the CCH organization (factories, operations, sales, etc.)
· Build up and strength the transaction business team
· Inventory Control
· Meet monthly sales target (shipment, gross margin)
Experience And Training Required Performing Job:
· Multiple years experience in customer service of industrial fields, Project management experience preferred; Electric education or experience background preferred.
· Good communication skill and negotiation skill.
· Good English / Chinese (Written / Oral), need to contact with overseas by phone and mail.
· Excellent skill in MS Office; SAP knowledge will be a plus
