Position: Marketing Manager, Refrigeration, China
Reporting Line: Director, Refrigeration Marketing - Asia
Location: Shanghai
Summary
Reporting to Director, Refrigeration Marketing, Asia based in Hong kong, the job holder will be responsible for all refrigeration marketing in China
Responsibilities
1. Market Influence
a) Technical & Product Presentations
b) Develop testimonials with field testing, case studies, application references
2. Ref-e Desk based in Xian
a) Effectively manage existing function
b) Develop newer capabilities
3. Market Development
a) Understand competition, Segment, Channel & Trends
b) Identify opportunities & Needs for products, solutions and services
c) Influence end users
d) Provide product sales support
4. Strategic Influence
a) Active involvement with industry committees
b) Consultancy to Govt and major Institutions
Requirements
1. B.A degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical/ Electrical or Electronics.
2. Min of 5 years experience in the field of Commercial refrigeration preferably with solid technical track record
3. Good aptitude and ability to interpret market messages and information
4. Good aptitude to understand details of the product and related knowledge
5. Good interpersonal and presentation skills
