Function
- Actively support senior team members in the review and execution of investment opportunities
- Identify and analyze potential investment opportunities
- Assist with the investment proposal process, including initial investment screening
- Assist with preparations of financial/valuation models
- Participate in business, legal, and financial due diligence
- Update investment database periodically
- Investment memo drafting
Qualifications
- Undergraduate/master degree from a top-tier school; minimum GPA 3.5 or top 5% of the class
- Proficiency in excel modeling a plus
- Good understanding of financial statement analysis, valuation techniques, and financial modeling
- Strong interest in PE investing
- Attention to detail, good organizational skills
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English; excellent oral and writing skills in both languages
- Self-starter, ability to work well under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills, good team player
- 0-1 year of experience
