职位描述
工作职责:
? 在石油化工行业推广公司的防爆类品和综合解决方案。
? 负责市场分析,用户关系,项目跟踪,商务谈判和合同签订。
职位要求:
? 大学本科以上学历;
? 3年以上销售工作经验;
? 在石化,化工和制药行业有相关经验者优先考虑;
? 具有一定的英语水平和计算机操作能力;
? 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神;
? 必须具备敬业精神和负责任态度。
Accountabilities:
? Recommend, develop and pursue long term growth objective and plans for assigned locations. Identify and target the top 20% accounts that represent 80% of opportunities for the company’s products.
? Get Crouse Hinds on the approved vendor lists
? Identify and build relations with top engineering/Design Institute involved in this market to aid in specification efforts.
? Determine competitive standing of current products in relation to price, features and performance including analysis of competitor actions, product developments, product policies and activities.
? Maintain current and required knowledge of the marketplace to be thoroughly appraised of all new or modified product opportunities as well as developments that may impact our products or ability to sell them.
? Resolve product inconsistencies arising from, but not limited to, manufacturing and engineering inquiries, change in vendor supplies, and customer complaints.
? Work with appropriate sales manager to develop appropriate distribution channels and sales budget.
To perform any other duties within the scope and remit of the job.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
? Good command of written and spoken English
? 3 to 5 years working experience in the oil and gas field with good skills at sales activities and administrative function preferred.
? Bachelor's degree of Electrical Engineering Background.
? A team player with a pro active attitude and approach toward achieving the company goal and objective.
? Strong established relations with key personnel experience in the oil and gas industries preferred.
