Business Development Manager, Asia
美国建材行业垄断公司新招岗位,负责亚太区业务,丰富的培训机会和发展空间
Main responsibilities:
? Contributes to the development of achievable sales targets based on forecasted market trends and customer analysis related to the Asian Countries – Japan, Korean, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and etc.
? Advises and consults senior management of current development and trends, including customer reaction and distribution channels.
? Distributor management, improve their engagement in bidding projects & partnership buildup.
? Responsible for the design, development and delivery of effective management and sales training programmers to ensure sales force potential is maximized
? Develop the sales activities: continuously promote sales activities personally, by developing and concentrating on new key accounts (mid-size and high profile accounts)
? Achieve the sales budget and targets given by the management;
? Arrange regular sales visits with existing and potential clients throughout Asian Countries
? Collect market and customer information and share the feedback with the internal channels;
? Preparation of sales & marketing material: country specific presentations etc
? Planning and executing client events specific.
? New product introduction (NPI) leader of global transfer-in & local developed projects, collecting market & customer’s voice & working with the technical and operational colleagues to develop value-added customized solutions for the specific market.
Requirement:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Business related discipline with an MBA preferred
? Minimum five years marketing and Sales management experience in Asia countries
? Outgoing personality, with proven good track record in managing the sales and marketing activities
? Being able work and travel intensively and communicate effectively with the target clients
? An excellent understanding of the different people as well as the local business environment is a must
? Being able to work independently with string self-motivation
