Position Summary:

Report to FP&A Manager and support Global Sales and Marketing as well as the business segments of Asia Pacific in reporting business results and provide analysis. Participate in the annual budget process, track monthly performance of countries around Asia Pacific, provide value-adding analysis to management and act as liaison between APHQ and countries in the Asia Pacific region.

Essential Functions:

1. Handle Weekly Sales and Orders report and upload into Hyperion

2. Prepare monthly Sales and Orders causal reports. Identify variances with input from countries.

3. Handle Frontlog/Backlog data collection, consolidation and verification

4. Extract detailed APHQ spending for variance analysis and help to drive operating efficiency

5. Provide actionable reporting of functional cost detail to assist function leads in implementing and tracking various productivity initiatives. Provide timely financial information to management

6. Communicate with country finance teams to understand monthly actual variances and forecast variances.

7. Act as liaison between APHQ and Asia Pacific countries to facilitate information sharing. Screen and clarify requests from US to promote value-added activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA equivalent.

2. 3+ years in financial analysis field with sizable MNC’s. Experience in regional role preferred

3. Detailed oriented, strong critical thinking and analytical skills

4. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Able to work across cultures and functions

5. Demonstrates ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

6. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

7. Self-initiated and be able to work independently

8. Advanced computer skills in spreadsheet, and database program knowledge

9. Excellent PC skills. Knowledge in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)/ Hyperion Planning (HP)/ SAP preferred
