Manager IT/IM Projects/Solutions (Retail)
世界第一大型Shopping Mall 德国公司，在华第一个项目，预计在今后2~3年中会在华东地区开20家店，直接向老外汇报


A Job purpose:
? Provide IT applications to our stores and the headquarter.
? Align the IT applications with organizational roles, processes, and IT infrastructure
Support the economic success of shopping mall retail business through continuous optimization for effectiveness and efficiency in full alignment with the business needs.

B Major responsibilities:
? Manage Sales, Checkout, Merchandise Operations, Store Operations, After Sales Service, Marketing or Business Intelligence Solutions throughout the entire life cycle by managing the external service providers.
? Provision (evaluate, design, develop, integrate, test) the solutions, consult the business, rollout to the users, operate the solutions and resolve problems with the solution.
Own the solutions, set the application architecture and ensure that the expectations of the stakeholders are met.

Requirements profile
A Professional experience:
? Management of projects to implement packaged applications with an external system integrator
? Preferably Oracle Retail or Wincor TP.Net
? Retail experience with a multinational company
B Educational background:
? University degree
? Fluent in Mandarin and English for business and IT topics
C Job-related skills and attributes:
? comprehensive knowledge of IT and project management
? Experienced in iterative methods (incl. Scrum)
? Cross functional thinking & acting
? Ability to mange external suppliers as well as internal customers
? Analytical & methodical approach
