职位描述
Responsibility
- Organize and assist in conducting annual training needs survey, prepare annual training plan to meet the business needs.
- Responsible for making monthly training calendar and monitor implementation through cooperation with both internal and external trainer.
- Responsible for delivering basic training courses such as supervisory courses, soft skills training and culture driven program.
- To review and make continuous improvement of training policy and procedure in order to provide professional training system to all Employees.
- Internal trainer's management, development by TTT training and suitable recognition program, to build up an effective trainer's network.
- Be able to effectively report and follow up on training course, programs, activities, performance, etc.
- Assist L&D manager to identify talent gap and design, implement, and monitor various talent development programs to meet company business strategy.
- Responsible for communication L&D related policy or issues with all employees.
- Performs other projects or assignments as requested by L&D manager.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or above, certified Trainer qualification.
- Minimum 6 years experiences at Human Resources, minimum 3 years experience in training and facilitation in multinational company
- Be proactive, demonstrate self leadership and professionalism.
- Good interpersonal and with cross functional coordination skill.
- Good problem solving, analytical skills, detail-orientated.
- Semiconductor manufacturing industry experiences preferred.
- Excellent English speaking, reading and writing capabilities.
