Regional Process Mgr (欧美汽车零配件制造商由于业务扩张，新设内控内审区域财务经理，财务流程再造，丰厚薪资待遇)

Job Responsibility:
1. Reporting to Company China CFO, this position will be assuming the following responsibilities.
2. Planning, supervision and execution of fieldwork. Assessing risk, identifying issues and developing value-added action plans for improving efficiency, reporting and financial performance.
3. Perform value-added assessment of internal controls, systems, processes, financial reporting and opportunities for improvement.

4. Serve as the primary contact and maintain effective working relations with business unit.

5. To agree on work plans and detailed audit program with WRC CFO.

6. To evaluate the existing procedures or management practices, and perform test of controls to assess the effectiveness of internal control system.

7. To define the actual or potential impact associated with the observed deviations/weaknesses.

8. To identify the root cause of specific problems, present practical recommendations to eliminate the root cause and the potential related effect.

9. To Fully document work performed, results obtained and conclusions reached.

10. To review progress on work plan with WRC CFO on a regular and timely basis.

11. To present and discuss audit findings and recommendations with the WRC CFO and assist in obtaining responsible management’s concurrence for needed actions.

12. At the direction of the WRC CFO, to assist in the follow-up regarding the scheduled implementation of recommendations.

13. 11. To deal with other related work as assigned by the WRC CFO.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related disciplines. CPA or CIA is highly desirable.

2. Minimum 5 years of financial/ operational audit experience with a major company.
3. Prior supervisory experience or demonstrated project leadership capability.
4. Experience with operations and/or business process improvement.
5. Working experience of GAAP and principles of internal controls.
6. Travelling within Great China (incl. HK) region.
7. Experience within production industries, automotive industry is highly desirable.
8. Must be a self starter with strong interpersonal, technical and organizational skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Proficiency in the English language is a must.

10. Must take initiative and be able to work independently with minimal supervision

11. Confident in dealing with senior management concerning delicate or difficult issues
12. Experience with computer aided audit techniques and SAP working knowledge is desirable.

13. Familiar with the IFRS, PRC GAAP.
