Senior HR Generalist

Job Responsibility:
Functions as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities.
Counsel employees concerning work-related problems and conduct termination interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary.
Work with employees n managers to address root causes of human resources issues
Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects.
Assist in the formulation of compensation objectives, manpower goals, personnel policies and procedures.
Select, develop n evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operations of the function
Engage self in front-line-management to sense human resource related health indicators within operations
Serve as bouncing board and correlation platform in detecting human resource related issues or potential issues
Think, act and work as an HR-within-Operation to drive human resource related improvement initiatives in the operations
Attend operations key meetings
Job Requirement:
Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent with 5 or more years of related experience.
Working experience as HR general support in manufacturing plant is must
The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.
A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Good English communication skill (written and verbal) is required.
