HR Specialist (C&B) for Human Resource Services - Asia

公司提供密集班车接送MAJOR TASKS PERFORMED BY THIS POSITION
A.Essential Functions: Performed by the incumbent as opposed to those functions performed through subordinates. These functions should represent those that must be accomplished by the incumbent only:
·Essential Functions:
?Support the HR Manager of Human Resource Services in the implementation and maintenance (hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, merit increases, etc.) of GEMS and the GEMS WWG within Asia by working with the various HR Managers and HR Generalists;
?Document regional HRIS processes and procedures. Ensure processes are in-line with Corporate HR processes;
?Conduct routine Data Integrity audits & ensure utilization of HR system functionalities and accuracy of data. Identify issues/delays if any with root causes & come up with alternate solutions to the HR team to overcome the issues;
?Ensure availability of reliable data in support of business needs through properly organized & timely information. Provide necessary data for reporting after obtaining necessary approvals;
?Assist in interfaces with HR Manager of Human Resource Services and the Corporate GEMS Team to ensure global data standards. Facilitate HRIS process improvement initiatives in the region;
?Works with HR team to develop and carry out plans for HR systems, including initial roll-out, on-going maintenance, reporting and all other processes related to HR;
?Other tasks as assigned;
B. Physical Activities/Capabilities Required to Perform the Essential Functions.
?Physical activities primarily consisting of sitting, walking or standing;
?Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication, listening and presentation skills;
?Ability to effectively operate a personal computer and telecommunications;
?Region travel of 5 percent; Utilizing various forms of transportation including automobile, rail, and commercial airlines;
?Effective command of English and Mandarin language; Written English skills required;
·TECHNICAL, MANAGERIAL OR OTHER PROBLEMS The greatest challenges in the position, types of problems encountered:
?Effectively balancing the needs of the three business units;
?Effectively interacting and engaging the various managers as required to achieve their respective needs and objectives;
·DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY Types of problems this position has authority to resolve. Types that need to be referred to the supervisor for resolution or approval of the position's recommendation; authority position has for hire/fire, capital expenditure, purchasing materials, salary action, etc.; existence of policy/procedure governing the position:
·Decision Making Authority:
?Screening all GEMS entries and seeking advice from the HR Manger of Human Resources Services as needed;
CONTACTS INSIDE/OUTSIDE ORGANIZATION
·Identify significant contacts both with other organizational areas and outside...frequency and purpose, job related external organizations, etc.
?Internal: Business Unit Management and employee population on a daily basis. External: HR professional and trade organizations, HR Service vendors and suppliers (examples: FESCO, ADP, CDP, etc.);

?Deliver effective and accurate HRIS services to the 3 Operating Divisions of the Global Finishes Group (Automotive Finishes, Product Finishes and Protective & Marine);
?Implement measures and process improvements to achieve the most effective employee GEMS processing procedures;
?Represent Company leadership with integrity and values;
