Finance&HR Manager
工作职责：
1. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
.Lead and manage costing
.Is main contact person to the various banks
.Prepare and assist GM to prepare plans (AP and 5YP)
.Analyze variances and present countermeasures to GM
.Recommend / follow required actions & means to achieve goals
.Prepare data for the recurring systems inputs
.Improve accuracy and reliability of the inputs
.Lead & manage costing & cost control
.Enhance cost visibility
.Implement budget process
.Ensure a reliable process
.Monitor corrective action plans
.In order to limit variances
.Carry out investment calculation (RFA)
.Prepare an profitable growth
.Control actively capital employed level (esp. NWC)
.Maximize free cash flow
.Lead and Manage the usage of the ERP system (UFIDA)
.Enhance and secure ERP usage
.Prepare special analyses both for mgt and sales
.Support sales development

要求
. above 5 years work experience in Foreign Investment Enterprises, preferably in a public trade organization
.At least 3 years of supervisory experience and be able to work with people in different functional areas.
.Extensive experience in Credit/Receivable Management preferably in asia supply chain sector;
.Have good knowledge and experience in PRC accounting, tax and foreign currency control regulations;
.Preferably have implementation experience(at least in accounting function) of a major ERP system
.Must worked in the positions related to A/P, A/P management, cash management inventory & fixed assets control, financial reporting and internal control.
.Strong leadership with team building skills; Mature, independent and persuasive;
.Good business sense, strong analytical and problem solving skills;
? Be able to work under intense pressure and complex environment;
? Education: BA in Accounting
? Fluency in both oral and written English
