Marketing Manager 上班地点:人民广场
世界500强美国,建材垄断行业,在华4家工厂(同时2家新建),由于业务的扩充而新增的岗位,丰富的培训和升职空间
Job Output:
· The person is responsible for the effective management of Marketing activities related to Product Launches, Product & Price Positioning, Advertising & Promotion, Market Segment Selling, New Product Development, Tradeshows, Retail market support and supervision of Market Research initiatives.
Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
· Develops annual marketing plan and budget in conjunction with sales team. Delivery of all marketing activities within agreed budget.
· Plan and execute product launches by working closely with sales team
· Design unique Marketing Campaign as appropriate to support product launch
· Create selling tools for our sales group to better promote our products
· Adapt and implement retail market brand exposure program throughout China
· Combat fake Company with appropriate communication programs
· Create market segment specific communication and advertising program for optimum return on investment
· Identify key leading indicators / predictors on business opportunities in China
· Tap into new market segment either through existing products or new products
· Responsible for new Idea Generation, Screening and Selection process for New Product Development purposes - identify new product that gives Company a distinctive edge over the competitors and manage the new product development calendar
· Create a process to track competitors’ effort in product development and pricing
· Keep abreast of competitors’ activities and manage the Competitive Matrix
· Carry out Market Survey as appropriate
· Responsible for product technical data accuracy in our Chinese and English Web Site
· Work with E-Marketing to enhance our digital presence in China and create metrics to measure our website effectiveness
· Create partnership with outside vendors on product development, service and technical support
· Develop strong competencies of whole marketing team through delegation and coaching

Value Added Activities:
§ Provide information for Senior Management to build Strategic Plan
§ Fact based decision making on new product development
§ Work with Training Manager on Product training module
Education & Work Experience:
Bachelor of Business Degree (Marketing major) or Architecture degree
§ Over eight years working experience with at least five years in product and marketing management.
Familiar with the Construction industry
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
§ Strong creative ability on idea generation, product innovation etc
§ Excellent project management skill
§ Good at English speaking, written and reading
§ Excellent interpersonal skills.
§ Plan strategies /action for product development and marketing activities aligned with business strategy.
Proven ability on new product development and product launching process
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, people management and team building skills
