GENERAL
Lead quality team to drive continuous improvement on Site Quality Management System, Quality Practice as well as Quality Performance. Promote quality culture in the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Polymer, Spinning or Textile Engineering
2. At least 5 years relevant manufacturing working experience in Polymer and/or Fiber Manufacturing Process, with 2-3 years working experience in Quality Leadership Role
3. Good appreciation for compliance, safety, health and environment affairs
4. Self-motivated and good communication skill
5. Must work well in team environment
6. Good in both written and spoken English
7. Familiar with basic statistic tool & analysis

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintenance of Site Quality Management System to align with ISO standard as well as INVISTA Global SOPs and BPs
2. Lead site internal quality audits
3. Drive improvement for quality KPIs
4. Lead investigation for quality incidents and drive quality improvement initiatives
5. Actively promote the quality mindset to drive and promote a quality culture within the organization
6. Lead quality team

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES (Optional)
1. Preparation of monthly quality reports and metrics
2. Lead site monthly quality meeting
3. Actively participate in Global Quality Networks and activities
4. Lead management review
5. Provide quality training to organization
