Quality Supervisor - 地点:青浦，有班车接送
DIMENSIONS OF ASSIGNMENT
Functionally reports to (position): plant manager
GENERAL
As a quality supervisor, be responsible to maintain QMS, to control the quality of RM, finish products and process, to continuous improve the effectiveness of QMS, and make sure meet customer’s expectation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or above in chemical fiber engineering, textile engineering or textile materials.
- 4 years or above working experience in manufacturing industry
- Experience with the practical application of fundamental quality control and improvement tools such as SPC, Cpk, DOE and etc.
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills.
- Strong technical aptitude (i.e. familiar with spinning & post-spinning process)
- Good communication skill, good command of English in both writing and speaking.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. MBM & EHS, advocate and implement MBM culture within QM team, follow all the regulations including EHS procedure.
2. Establish, Maintain and continuously improve the effectiveness of ISO9001 & TS16949 quality management system; and to demonstrate compliance during internal and external audit/inspection opportunities
3. Quality control of finish products, process and raw materials; Lab Management;
4. CQSIR coordinator -Coordinate with internal and external parties to make sure customer’s requirement meet and corrective actions taken to the non-conformance.
5. Ensure Invista product stewardship compliance standard are implemented throughout ISF(I)
6. Ensure Invista Intellectual Property compliance standard are implemented throughout ISF(I)
