Quality Manager-松江佘山

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:

1. Support the Company to achieve continuous improvement target toward Best in Class standards, using industry best practices in Quality, ISO Standards, Voice of Costumer.

2. Manage all related quality matters in order to grant quality targets achievement.

3. Customer satisfaction, according with company quality policies and requirements.

4. Provide leadership role in the development of Quality professionals in the organization.

5. Quality system implementation, maintenance and certification owner.

6. Explore, develop and support the effective implementation of Quality methodology /policies and ISO standards, according with company quality policies and requirements.

7. Ensure the right application of the company Quality System.

8. Audit the production system and monitor the product performance during life cycle, in order to promote the related corrective action and to ensure product/process continuous improvement.

9. Supervise the quality of supplier product inward.

10. Manage Quality Room and Laboratories.

11. Manage, in coordination with Project Product Development, all the Product Evaluation and Field Management related activities.

12. Provide support to internal and external customers for Quality and Reliability concerns.

13. Support Production Units to achieve Product Quality targets.

QUALIFICATIONS资格条件:

1. Age: 30-45.

2. Education: Bachelor or above degree.

3. Experiences: at least 7-8 years relative experience which include managing Quality Department in a multinational company, better in hardware environment.

4. Languages: good command of written and spoken English.

5. Deep technical knowledge of mechanical components and good understanding of mechanical component production system.

6. Solid knowledge of related quality tools (8P, 6 Sigma, SPC, etc.), international standards, international Agency standards (ISO).

7. Familiar with project management tools and experiences in training activities.

8. Integrity. Ability to communicate at all levels across the Company.

9. Ability to coach people towards their full potential, providing candid feedback, setting high performance standard and giving them the freedom to act.

10. Ability to keep things simple and act quickly and decisively.

11. Ability to improve continuously in comparison with benchmarking.

12. Strong ability to influence and ensure compliance at all level.
