职位描述
KEY PROCESSES (Ownership/Participation):
1. Research market for information on demand, competition, and business development solutions
2. Develop business and products strategy and selling tactics to hit both volume and profit target.
3. Responsible for price control and special price offering to ensure hit budget price and profit.
4. Make joint sales calls with sales team on key projects & customers and provide tracking report regularly.
5. Technical support on products solutions, special product requests, specifications, demonstration, installation and mockup etc.
6. Coordinate with cross-functional team including sales, marketing and CSC, plant Technical, Logistic, Quality and Finance etc.
7. Coordinate with customers, sales and plant to provide assistance & solutions on complaints;
8. Monitor and report on competitor activities. Responsible for market and competitor survey, and updating competitive matrix to provide unique selling suggestions and training to customers on our products advantages Vs competition and to help gain market position.
9. Support key company metrics: Safety, Process effectiveness and financial performance
10. Responsible for the development and success of sales and marketing direct reports.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
? Receive guidance from Vice President.
? Works closely with Armstrong sales, marketing, CSC and plant technical, logistic, quality, finance and manufacturing.

? Corporate Sales & Marketing team

MEASURES OF EFFECTIVENESS
? Budget sales volume and profit.
? Budget price, products mix.
? Grid efficiency (grid/MF ceiling volume).
? Market share and growth.
? Major/tracking projects hitting rate.
? Number & quality of training sessions.
? Quality of market survey and competitive matrix.
VALUE ADDED ACTIVITIES
Key Traits:
? Upgrade customers from low end to higher end products.
? Develop new sales territory and market segment.
? Influences, coordinates and assists with distributor promotional activities.
? Strong project tracking and new business development skills.
? Proven success in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies
? Strong communication and relationship building skills with internal and external client groups.
EDUCTION REQUIREMENTS:
? Undergraduate degree in Sales & Marketing or Engineering; MBA preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
? 10 years sales experience in construction or like industry.
? 5 years successful sales and marketing management experience.
